SDR Team Lead
Job Summary
The SDR Team Lead will be responsible for managing and developing the Sales Development Representatives team ensuring consistent pipeline generation and high-quality lead qualification. The role requires strong SaaS sales experience understanding of the sales cycle and proven experience working with Gulf markets (KSA UAE Kuwait Qatar etc.).

Minimum 5 years of experience in in SDR/BDR roles including at least 12 years in a leadership position
Previous experience in B2B tech products or SaaS solutions.
Strong understanding of Gulf market dynamics customer behavior and communication style is a must
Excellent leadership coaching and communication skills.
Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret KPIs.
High proficiency in English is a must
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting tools (Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.).
