We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Web team at Ajax Systems.
This role sits at the intersection of business and product and is ideal for a structured thinker who enjoys turning complex requirements into clear actionable solutions.
As a Business Analyst you will work closely with product managers designers developers marketers and stakeholders across the company. Your mission is to deeply understand business needs translate them into well-defined requirements and ensure that the Ajax website and related web products evolve in a way that delivers measurable business value.
You will play a key role in shaping how requirements are gathered documented validated and delivered. From improving existing website functionality to launching new web features and integrations your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with Ajax website worldwide.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst Product Analyst or similar role in digital or tech projects.
- Strong ability to structure information and work with complex systems and requirements.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and align different perspectives.
- Experience with web products CMS e-commerce is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge ofAtlassian stack (Jira Confluence) and Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq (orsimilar).
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management engineering UX/UI customer support marketing.
- Pre-sale experience.
- Experience in Web related features/products will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering analysing and documenting business and functional requirements for web products / pages.
- Participating in research involving end-users partners and internal teams by conducting interviews and analyzing feedback and business requests.
- Translating business needs into clear specifications: user stories use cases flows and acceptance criteria.
- Creating TORs for web-pages and web tools ensuring up-to-date technical documentation throughout the project.
- Collaborating with product managers to define scope priorities and success metrics.
- Working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements are correctly reflected in user flows and interfaces.
- Supporting development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and managing changes.
- Conducting presentations demos coordination meetings and presenting completed work to the customer.
- Participating in backlog grooming sprint planning and reviews.
- Validating implemented features against requirements and business goals.
- Analysing website performance user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
- Supporting launches of new features and improvements including post-launch analysis.
- Aid intesting ofaproduct.
