If you are a Specialist II Order Execution professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career this role offers the chance to provide exceptional customer care experience as Emersons frontline representative. You will ensure and maintain a high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer inquiries and handling orders from receipt through the closure of sales. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supports operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Receive orders from customers across Asia and check them for completeness.
  • Enter data or order items in Business Systems and coordinate with the factory for product manufacturing.
  • Monitor orders and ensure goods are delivered to customers on time.
  • Respond to orderrelated inquiries via email chat or call to support a seamless customer experience.

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You communicate clearly and adapt your message to meet the needs of different audiences. You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with others at all levels.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree of any 4-year course.
  • At least 1.5 years of working experience in order management or similar support/functions.
  • General understanding of quote-to-cash process.
