Are you a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist with a passion for wellness and rejuvenation Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a talented individual to join our spa team and provide exceptional treatments to our guests in a luxurious and tranquil environment.

Position: Spa Therapist
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort Ottershaw Surrey
Type: Part- Time Approx 24 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies including massages facials and other beauty services to meet the needs and preferences of guests
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history concerns and treatment goals providing personalised recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms equipment and spa facilities adhering to health and safety standards and regulations
• Promote spa products services and packages to guests providing information and recommendations as needed
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of guest services

Requirements:

• Certified Spa Therapist with recognised qualifications
• Previous experience in a spa therapist role preferably in a luxury spa or resort environment
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques skincare treatments and spa therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by spa schedules and business needs
