Receptionist and Workshop Host Intern- Your future position

As a Receptionist and Workshop Host Intern in our Budapest office you will be the first contact for our customers and guests. You will help foster a welcoming environment and complete administrative projects.

You will directly report to the Office Manager GBS Budapest.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide excellentcustomer service.

• Greet clients and visitors.

• Answer emails and contact competent colleagues.

• Address immediate customer questions and need to provide a good customer experience.

• Ensure readiness- and tidiness of the reception area common areas meeting and training rooms.

• Keep daily contact with the facility coordinator and help with tasks related to infrastructure and stock management.

• Assist Office Assistant colleagues with administrative tasks and workshop organization.

• Distribute and track incoming deliveries like mail packages stationery etc.

Your professional profile requires:

• Ability to interpret large volumes of data in spreadsheets.

• Managing various aspects ofevent coordinationsimultaneously.

• Commitment to collaboration.

• Professional dress and manner.

• Advanced English skills.

• Precise administration skills.
