The ServiceManager is responsible for overseeing daytoday service operations in theIndianapolis market with a strong focus on execution of large service andprojectbased work. This role provides leadership and support for field servicetechnicians embedded technicians and nextgeneration talent participating inour Flex Tech program. The Service Manager plays a key role in staffingmentoring and supporting open service roles while ensuring highqualityexecution for our customers.

This positionis primarily based in Indianapolis with local travel to customer sites asneeded during normal business hours. A clean driving record is required. Thisrole comes with a competitive compensation plan and as well as excellentbenefits.

ServiceManager Responsibilities:

Manageand coordinate daytoday service operations in the Indianapolis area

Provideleadership and oversight for large service projects including planningstaffing execution and issue resolution

Supportand manage embedded technicians assigned to customer facilities

Collaboratewith project management sales and engineering teams to ensure customerrequirements are met

Assistwith staffing onboarding and ongoing support of field service technicians

Activelysupport the Flex Tech program by mentoring and developing nextgeneration fieldtechnicians

Helpidentify staffing needs and support hiring efforts for open service andtechnical roles

Monitorworkload resource utilization and technician availability to meet customerand project demands

Promoteand enforce safety quality and company standards across all serviceactivities

Provideregular updates on service performance project status and challenges

Fostera positive teamoriented culture focused on development accountability andcontinuous improvement

Requirementsfor the Service Manager:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or continued education preferred
10 years of experience in field service industrial automation or technical project execution
Prior experience leading or coordinating technicians or service teams strongly preferred
Strong understanding of industrial automation instrumentation controls or related service environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across customers technicians and internal teams
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support both shortterm service needs and longterm projects
Willingness to work overtime as business needs arise
Must be willing to travel locally and maintain a clean driving record
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
