- Support subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Provide organized meeting notes and follow-up items
Tracking Quality & Progress - You will help verify that work aligns with drawings and project standards.
- Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections
- Identify discrepancies early and escalate appropriately
- Maintain accurate progress reporting
Assisting with Procurement & Materials - You will support material tracking and ensure documentation is complete.
- Maintain procurement and material logs
- Track deliveries and verify quantities
- Report discrepancies promptly
