Position Overview
Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine services to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Emphasize preventive care wellness visits and population health initiatives
Coordinate care with specialists hospitalists and ancillary services
Participate in shared call coverage
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Engage in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
Active or eligible DEA registration
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered evidence-based care
