Key accountabilities:
- Define set-up and monitor the Acceleration/Implementation plan (planning deliverables budget) in collaboration with the project team and the end-customer (platforms regions departments).
- Provide all necessary support to ease project development: skills methodology processes documents.
- Ensure permanent bridge between projects/startups and end-customer (inputs outputs)
- Monitor and inform on project/collaboration progress.
- Make regular recommendations on project/collaboration follow-up.
- Identify key potential collaborations with external partners especially Startups.
- CSR support to climate and resource preservation region Leader
Performance measurements:
- Portfolio management: deliverables/budget/planning
- Portfolio performance: investment vs value creation
- Customer satisfaction: project teams startups final Catchers.
Profile requested:
- Engineer Master degree
- First experience in the scope of Innovation or/and R&D
- Organised structured
- Project management skills
- Good analytical and synthetical skills
- Good communication (written and spoken) and listening skills
- Team Spirit being able to implement a collaborative approach to share best coaching practices with other team members.
