Legal Director - Residential Development- Bristol with hybrid working
Client
Highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm with a wide-ranging client base offering high quality work.
Role
- Strategic input and an opportunity to influence and further the growth of the team
- Work collaboratively together across the firms other offices specialising in the acquisition sale and development of land for an array of national and SME Residential Developers and Registered Providers
- Work closely with other teams includingfull support from tax planning environmental construction and Real Estate litigation
- An excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment with an excellent track record of progression for senior and experienced hires
- 8 years PQE
- Demonstrable history of business development
- Experience managing and mentoring junior associates
