Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate EYFS Phase Leader to join our dynamic and high-achieving school community. The successful candidate will be a talented and professional individual who shares our vision of high aspirations achievement and a passion for learning.
As an EYFS Phase Leader you will be working in collaboration across Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School. This includes joint planning joint INSETs and joint CPD all designed to strengthen professional development and reduce workload.
What we are looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
- Proven track record as a good or outstanding teacher
- Experience in leading professional development and supporting improvements in teaching and learning
- Strong data analysis skills to inform planning and enhance outcomes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and support staff
- A commitment to continuous professional development staying up to date with curriculum and teaching advancements
- Resilience motivation and a team-focused approach aligning with the schools values and vision
- A passion for early years education ensuring the best outcomes for every child
About Warren Mead Schools
Our school sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Warren Mead Infants and Warren Mead Juniors our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School Banstead Infant School Danetree Primary School Cuddington Croft Primary and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.
