The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Executive to join SEPHORA and help deepen our understanding of what truly matters to our customers. Working closely with the Senior CRM & Customer Insights Manager youll turn complex data into meaningful stories that help shape our retention strategies and strengthen our customercentric approach across the business.

What youll be doing

You will support the endtoend insights process including:

  • Analysing customer behaviour across the full lifecycle to identify trends opportunities and key drivers of engagement retention and loyalty.
  • Building and evolving customer segmentation to support more personalised and relevant marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring the performance of retention initiatives against KPIs and contributing to regular performance reviews.
  • Creating dashboards reports and presentations to clearly communicate performance and insight recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Assisting in gathering cleaning and organising data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Conducting adhoc research and analysis to support brand marketing and customer experience queries.

What youll bring

Youll be an analytical curious and commercially minded individual with a genuine interest in understanding customer behaviour. Youll thrive in a busy collaborative environment where accuracy clarity and insight make a real impact. You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer insights analytics or datafocused role.
  • A strong customerfirst mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data tools - Excel is essential; familiarity with Power BI Looker Studio or GA4 is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate highquality analysis.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills able to convey findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • A proactive motivated approach with the desire to continuously learn and grow.
