Job Summary
Domestic Considerations: RSDs: 27 days with possibility of further being available. Evening and weekend work will be required.
Post Role: EPLS Section 2IC
Responsibilities:
1. Command lead and manage a team of soldiers and manage associated equipment.
2. Execute delegated tasks and any associated risk and maintain health and safety in the workplace.
3. Contribute to the administrative management and wellbeing of others.
4. Demonstrate and develop professional competence in role.
5. Demonstrate adherence to the Armys values and standards.
6. Plan conduct and manage training for subordinates.
