Hiring teachers for NEW public charter school in Florence Oregon: Whitmore Classical Academy Salary Range: $ Health/dental/vision insurance PERS retirement benefits Teachers must hold (or be able to get) an active Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) license or an Oregon TSPC charter school registry. Training in Classical Education and curriculum for 3 weeks before school starts Hands-on Instructional Principal who will be in the classroom supporting and evaluating 4-day instructional week-Friday flex schedule Opening grades K-3 for Fall 2026 and then expanding each year until complete at K-8 Strong commitment to helping each student reach grade level and above Mission: To develop students in mind and character through a classical education that emphasizes the principles of virtuous living traditional learning and civic responsibility.
