About the Position:

TJFACT is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented IT Support Specialist to manage and evolve our internal technology infrastructure by supporting our corporate office in downtown Atlanta GA.

This hybrid 1099 contractor role will serve as our primary IT resource replacing outsourced services and overseeing end-to-end support systems administration integrations workflow automation and ongoing optimization of our technology stack. The ideal candidate is highly organized technically strong and comfortable operating independently while supporting a fast-paced professional services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Operations & Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees (hardware software networking MFA access issues etc.)
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding:
    • Account creation (Microsoft 365 SharePoint Costpoint etc.)
    • Device setup configuration and deployment
    • Access removal and equipment reassignment
  • Maintain inventory of devices licenses and IT assets
  • Conduct periodic cost audits of IT products subscriptions and services
  • Manage and maintain the company website performing updates and coordinating technical changes as needed

Systems Administration & Configuration

  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Admin Center Exchange Teams SharePoint)
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint sites automations and interdepartmental workflows
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft 365 and ERP systems (e.g. Costpoint)
  • Provide user support and basic configuration troubleshooting within ERP platforms
  • Monitor systems and maintain adherence to industry-standard security practices

Technology Development & Process Optimization

  • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reporting tools
  • Provide BI training to users (basic and advanced levels)
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools and automation platforms to enhance operational efficiency
  • Design and optimize cross-departmental workflows to improve scalability and reduce manual processes

Training & Documentation

  • Deliver training on new tools workflows and system enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations standards and procedures
  • Develop user-friendly guides and best practice materials

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of IT support and/or systems administration experience
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (Admin Center Exchange Teams SharePoint)
  • Experience building SharePoint workflows and automations
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Cognos or similar)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate Zapier or similar)
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities independently
  • Experience creating technical documentation and delivering user training
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within cloud-based environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment
  • Familiarity with CMMC requirements
  • Experience supporting or configuring Deltek Costpoint
  • Website maintenance experience (WordPress Webflow or similar)
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflow or automation tools
  • Knowledge of cloud-based integrations and API-driven platforms
