Job Summary
Serigraph is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead the seamless introduction of new products to both our established and prospective customers. The core responsibility of this role is to orchestrate the simultaneous launch of multiple products across a diverse range of SKUs. Exceptional organizational acumen strategic foresight and adept coordination skills are paramount for success in this position. As the linchpin of new product initiatives the Project Manager will liaise directly with customers ensuring timely execution and fostering business expansion through impeccable project management practices.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer requirements and develop accurate quotations for new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine cost estimates pricing strategies and profitability projections.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for the launch of new products considering all aspects of production.
- Coordinate with internal departments including R&D manufacturing and purchasing to ensure seamless execution of product launches.
- Monitor progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules identifying critical paths and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of new products.
- Proactively address any delays or obstacles by reallocating resources adjusting timelines or implementing alternative solutions as needed.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders highlighting achievements challenges and recommended actions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding new product inquiries
- Facilitate regular communication with customers to understand their requirements address concerns and ensure alignment throughout the product launch process.
- Act as an advocate for the customer within the organization championing their needs and priorities to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Improved business processes/procedures related to the development process
- Documentation/Contribution/Development of best practices and lessons learned in the form of product design guidelines white papers etc.

What we are looking for in a Project Manager:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field; Or equivalent experience in Engineering Program Management Project Management or other technical design role.
- Proven experience in project management particularly in launching new products within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and engage with customers at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Project) to plan track and report on project progress.
- Previous experience with screen or digital printing a plus
