The Opportunity
This role reports directly to the President. Youll oversee Directors Production Managers Project Managers Superintendents and field leadership across all divisions. This is operational command.
You will:
- Set operational strategy across all heavy civil disciplines
- Own execution performance safety culture and profitability
- Drive production rates labor productivity and equipment utilization
- Strengthen field-to-office alignment
- Lead resource planning and scaling for growth
- Develop and mentor the next generation of operations leadership
- Monitor P&L performance and operational budgets
- Represent the company with clients partners and industry stakeholders
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of progressive leadership in heavy civil construction
- Proven success managing large-scale self-performing operations
- Strong P&L ownership and financial discipline
- Deep understanding of heavy civil methods equipment and safety
- Strategic thinker who can also execute
- Leader who builds accountability and develops talent
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related experience required.
- Must be located in Colorado.
