Job Summary

The Strategic Delivery Specialist is a trusted thought partner and integrator for the Managing Director Singapore and Special Advisor Regional Programs driving strategic execution and internal operations. They own complex crossfunctional projects endtoend coordinate decisionmaking and followthrough and ensure that leadership priorities are translated into clear plans systems and results. The role combines project and portfolio management business operations and stakeholder engagement working closely with colleagues across TNC external partners and donors.

This two-year fixed-term position is based in Singapore with no sponsorship for relocation and support for immigration and visa.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Strategic Delivery Specialist:

Leads or oversees priority crossfunctional projects of moderate to high complexity coordinating multiple teams and individuals to deliver on time on budget and to agreed quality standards.

Designs and manages core leadership processes (e.g. leadership team meetings retreats planning cycles progress reviews) ensuring clear agendas documentation decisions and followup.

Develops and maintains dashboards tracking tools and reports on programmatic financial and operational performance for leadership boards and key donors in partnership with relevant TNC staff.

Coordinates preparation for highstakes internal and external engagements including briefings and presentations with governments private sector philanthropy and NGO partners.

Works with finance and operations teams to support planning monitoring and scenario analysis across key initiatives and portfolios.

Helps shape and implement internal systems and processes (e.g. project management MEL risk management knowledge management) that enable teams to deliver impact at scale.

Identifies operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement recommends solutions and drives implementation in collaboration with relevant teams.

Supports fundraising and partnership efforts by coordinating inputs to proposals reports and stewardship materials working closely with development teams.

Builds and maintains productive relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders (e.g. country and global teams operations finance legal IT) and external partners.

May supervise staff consultants or interns and/or provide formal coaching and mentoring to colleagues.

May require international travel up to 25% and occasional work outside normal business hours to support timesensitive priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

Owns deliverables and/or projects of moderate to high complexity with high impact on the overall direction of goals deliverables and others tasks.

Takes endtoend ownership of work exercising judgment in making decisions and seeking direction when necessary.

Operates with a high degree of autonomy within agreed priorities and plans while keeping key stakeholders informed.

Works within established budgets and organizational policies and may provide input into budget development.

Ensures compliance with TNC policies and procedures and coordinates with functions as needed.

Supports a culture of integrity and responsibility in the Singapore office - a small missiondriven hub that works in a flexible collaborative and crossborder manner combining Singapores role as a finance and innovation center with TNCs global culture of inclusion wellbeing and One Conservancy teamwork across the Asia Pacific region.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.

Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting the data.

Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.

Experience with business process analysis and/or improvement.

Experience with current technology in relevant field; and

Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with a wide range of people

Experience in business writing editing and proofreading.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
