SENCO to lead SEND provision and inclusion strategy
Full-time leadership role April start
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SENCO to join an established independent school in Leeds from April. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic development of SEND provision and ensuring all pupils receive tailored and effective support.
The successful candidate will coordinate EHCPs and learning support plans lead interventions advise and train staff and liaise with parents and external agencies. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure inclusive practice is embedded across the school and that statutory requirements are met.
This role would suit an experienced SENCO or inclusion leader with a strong understanding of SEND legislation and a passion for ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete)
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding procedures
Experience leading interventions and supporting staff development
