Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION CORPORATE FCL - IMPORT DESK OPERATION
Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive / AM - Customer Service
Reporting to: Branch Manager / Operations Manager
Level: E2 - E3 - M10
Location: Gurgaon
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Required Experience Range:
Targeted Industry: Courier / Freight / Transportation / Warehousing
Special Skills Required: Knowledge of Import Operations
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all operational activities including manifestation container movement tracking movement to CFS / ICD locations and smooth deliveries to other ports and locations
Resolve operational issues such as customs amendments and coordinate with shipping line origin offices for smooth customer deliveries
Keep track of pending deliveries
Ensure timely billing and issuance of arrival notices to consignee
Monitor DSR reports and ensure updates by the team
Handle freight disputes with origin office pricing team and shipping lines
Monitor CFS / ICD movements for key customers and continuously liaise with shipping lines for urgent railing out of containers
