We support recruitment for a US-based company that is a provider of mission-critical background screening solutions. They work with Fortune 100 clients helping them manage risk and hire the best talent. This role will provide you with an outstanding opportunity to work for an industry-leading company. Were looking for a Full-stack Java Developer with Angular to join an international team and work on NGPA (Next Generation Profile Advantage) products. The role involves developing scalable web applications and REST APIs using Java and Angular working with Oracle databases collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering clean high-quality code while supporting production and continuous improvement.
The position is offered on a B2B contract from March to December 2026 with the possibility of continued collaboration afterward.

Recruitment process:
- A call with a Motife recruiter (30 min)
- An online interview with a technical case (1.5h)
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and manage database objects queries and performance tuning in Oracle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
- Write clean reusable and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Angular (2).
- Solid experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database design.
- Good understanding of OOP design patterns and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Exposure to containerization and cloud-native development is an advantage.
