ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a great foot-in-the-door to get your career really humming. We have an opportunity here at our Bell Block site that is a fantastic way to really get to know the business and to catapult your Ballance career.

We arent going to sugarcoat Service Centre Operators work hard! We supply fertiliser to help farmers feed the country and this can bring with it a challenging work environment.

A typical day will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries - checking accuracy and fixing up any anomalies
• Loader and forklift operation including maintenance
• Fixed plant operation
• Ensuring the site operates safely with regular maintenance checks
• Interacting with customers and colleagues and having a laugh!
