The OSM Gardener plays a key role in delivering high-quality Open Space Management services for Downer Ltd. Youll maintain designated client areas and take on project work as needed ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard on time and with a professional approach. A strong focus on safety is essential helping protect the public your teammates and yourself while carrying out daily duties.

You will need to be physically fit happy to work outdoors as well as the following:

• Full drivers licence (Class 2 an advantage) with knowledge of Open Space/Facilities Management desirable.
• Positive professional and reliable attitude (honest responsible discreet cooperative).
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with the public.
• Team-focused yet self-motivated proactive and able to use initiative.
• Willingness to learn with basic literacy and ability to use simple electronic devices.
• Hands-on experience with equipment (e.g. hedge trimmers knapsack sprayers) and good risk awareness.
