TheCustomer Service Representativereports directly to the Manager Supply Chain Business Operations and performs various customer service functions such as data entry customer relations billing inquires and general office duties. This position will research and provide resolution to customer service-related issues. The Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator works as team member and positively accepts change throughout the Health System while establishing relationships.

Hours:
40 Hours (Full Time)
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. Certificate.
Work Experience:
- Prefer at least one year call center experience.
Skills:
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to interface with customers in a stressful environment without compromising the tenets of good customer relations practice.
- Work requires analytical ability necessary to resolve customer problems.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work requires the ability to understand interpret evaluate and resolve complex Customer Service issues with minimal supervision.
- Work requires organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks.
- Requires ability to use initiative and judgment to identify analyze and solve complex problems
Information Management:
- Knowledge of materials management information systems to meet the needs of customers and employees of the department.
- Generation and interpretation of daily pick tickets.
- Use of handhelds with appropriate interpretation of items and units of measures.
- Use of ERP to accurately record parcel receipts into system.
Salary Range: Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 28.26/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
