Job Summary
Job Title: Entry-Level Lube Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes fluid checks and basic inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicles
Check and top off essential fluids (coolant brake fluid transmission fluid windshield washer fluid etc.)
Inspect and replace air filters and wiper blades as needed
Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections
Check tire pressure and perform tire rotations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors or supervisors
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required
