Job Summary
UI/UX Designer
C² Technologies seeks a UI/UX Designer to collaborate with instructional designers web developers and content editors to design responsive user interfaces for web-based training products. The UI/UX Designer will also ensure optimal user experience by applying principles of graphic design user-centered design accessibility and information architecture. Thisis an onsite or hybrid position.
Summary:
The UI/UX Designer will design user interfaces for a variety of products including responsive web pages online courses and games. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and interactive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop accessible user interfaces for web pages and other training products.
Apply principles of user-centered design and information architecture to design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement accessible interactive experiences.
Create wireframes mock-ups and prototypes to support the design process.
Required Education Experience and Skills:
BA/BS degree in web design graphic design user interface design or a related field.
5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Experience with responsive design accessibility standards and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end concepts.
Preferred Education Experience and Skills:
Experience with eLearning courseware and learning management systems.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Adobe CC.
Experience with Agile methodologies and mobile apps.
Tools & Software:
Adobe CC HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
eLearning development tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Knowledge & Skills:
Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Strong experience designing for a variety of platforms and devices.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
