What will your job look like

Productionize AI/ML and LLM-powered workflows (e.g. LangGraph LangChain CrewAI) with strong emphasis on reliability reproducibility and auditability.
Apply LLMOps fundamentals including prompt/model/config versioning and maintaining traceable complete run metadata.
Build and maintain an LLM evaluation frameworkgolden datasets regression tests scoring rubrics quality thresholds and trend tracking for non-deterministic outputs.
Implement observability across LLM pipelines through structured logging metrics dashboards alerting latency breakdowns error taxonomies and token/cost tracking.
Design and integrate tool-calling and agent skills including function-calling interfaces schemas guardrails and structured outputs for data pipelines or services.
Apply API reliability patterns for model calls such as rate limiting retries/backoff circuit breakers timeouts idempotency and replay/backfill strategies.
Stay curious and continuously learn in the fast-evolving GenAI landscape rapidly experimenting and then hardening solutions for production readiness.

All you need is...

Bachelors or graduate degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
5 years in a Data Engineering role (preferred not required).
Strong programming skills including functional programming and object-oriented languages such as Python Java or Scala.
Solid understanding of system design data structures algorithms complexity analysis and standard design patterns.
Experience building highperformance scalable distributed systems multi-threaded applications and large-scale production systems.
Proficiency with software development tools and practices: debugging profiling security logging and monitoring.
Strong experience in Linux/Unix environments including shell scripting and basic system administration.
Hands-on experience with big data and streaming technologies (e.g. Spark Kafka Snowflake).
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis).
Experience developing and deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines and working with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud architectures.
Experience managing multi-user environments and optimizing data partitioning in memory.
Quick learner with strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
Experience in early-stage software development and testing.
GenAI experience is a plus.
