4. The team youll join

Youll be joining our Field and Digital Marketing team of 8 reporting to Tiphaine Couteaux Field Marketing & Campaign Manager. Our team executes integrated marketing programs across the EMEA region driving brand awareness customer engagement and pipeline generation through strategic events campaigns and customer advocacy initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment and contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives that support Mirakls growth across Europe.

5. Your impact

As a Field Marketing Apprentice you will:
  • Contribute to implementing the European marketing plan: support strategic marketing initiatives across EMEA markets
  • Help organize and execute events: manage logistics coordination provide on-site support and conduct post-event follow-up
  • Select and book event venues: coordinate contract signing and oversee activity execution
  • Coordinate with agencies suppliers partners and service providersto ensure quality delivery and respect deadlines
  • Track local campaigns and create digital content(emails social media posts landing pages etc.) using AI tools
  • Create resources based on customer testimonialsto support sales teams in their outreach (slides videos quotes)
  • Track and analyze project and campaign performanceto evaluate results and optimize future initiatives

6. What youll bring to the role

  • Currently pursuing aMasters degree (Bac5)from business schools universities or IEP
  • Previous experience inmarketing or project management
  • Fluent in English and French(written and spoken)
  • Professional attitudewith strong attention to detail
  • Curious mindsetand comfortable usingAI toolsto optimize daily work
  • Organized autonomous and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Available for a12-month apprenticeship starting September 2026

7. Compensation & benefits

Monthly allowance:
  • 1200/month for Bachelors degree level
  • 1400/month for Masters 2 level

8. Our hiring process

  1. Manuel screening of your CV by a recruiter and then an AI-powered screening conversation (10 min) with Emma Mirakls AI Talent Ambassador to explore your background and motivation for the role. You will need to complete this step within 3 days otherwise we wont be able to move forward with your application.
  2. Initial conversation with the recruiterto discuss your experience and expectations
  3. Two interviews: one with your future manager Tiphaine Couteaux and one with a future colleague. We use the STAR method and structured interviews to assess competencies aligned with our core values
