Main Responsibilities

Analyze and understand business processes needs and challenges within the organization
Gather document and prioritize business and system requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that drive process efficiency and business value
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders development teams and other partners
Participate in testing validation and quality assurance of new or modified systems
Support change management and adoption during the implementation of new solutions

Develop and maintain process maps models and related documentation

Purpose of the Role

As aBusiness Analyst you act as the bridge between business and IT. You are responsible for understanding business needs translating them into solution requirements and ensuring that the delivered systems processes and tools create real value for the organization.

Qualifications

University degree in IT Business Administration Systems Science Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience in business analysis requirements management or process improvement
Strong understanding of service market business operations and technical systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in agile environments (e.g. Scrum Kanban) is highly valued

Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence or process modeling standards (e.g. BPMN) is a plus
