What Youll Do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients and market infrastructures.
- Identify opportunities and close deals that drive growth across SWIFTs product and service portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for large accounts and initiatives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and represent SWIFT at industry events forums and fairs.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for key clients.
- Share market intelligence and contribute to internal innovation.
What You Bring
- 10 years of business development or consulting experiencein the financial industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English(Portuguese and French is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of banking corporate cash management and SWIFTs product ecosystem.
- Proven ability to communicate present and network at senior levels.
- A university degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering or related fields.
- A confident flexible and resilient mindset with a passion for excellence.
- Leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
