Your responsibilities
B2C customer service by telephone and email using SAP and CRM systems according to our procedures and standards
Advising individual clients on choosing installing operating repairing or preserving VELUX products (windows blinds accessories)
Building brand awareness among clients
Preparing quotations for individual clients
Claim management
Guarantee system maintenance
Advising and selling spare parts for windows blinds and accessories
Receiving incoming parts and packing shipments for customers from our office warehouse
Administrative tasks connected with customer service
An individual approach is needed to solve daily tasks
Our requirements
Min. 1 year of experience in customer service for individual clients
Very good communication skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
Ability to analyze and be accurate
Ability to work independently systematically and in a structured way
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of the construction industry will be beneficial
SAP or CRM knowledge will be an asset
Good knowledge of English will be beneficial
