We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales BDC Representative to join our Champaign team. This position is ideal for someone looking for evening and weekend hours while gaining experience in the automotive industry.
Position Type:
Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends Required)
Compensation:
Hourly Commission
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls during evening and weekend hours
Respond to and follow up on internet inquiries via phone and email
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
Schedule customer appointments with Sales Consultants
Assist Sales Managers with general business development tasks
Communicate effectively with customers and dealership departments
Provide customers with a positive and professional first impression of the dealership
Qualifications
Friendly with a positive professional attitude
Comfortable speaking on the phone and assisting customers
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently during evening shifts
Ability to professionally de-escalate and resolve customer concerns
Committed to customer service and satisfaction
Professional well-groomed appearance
Reliable and punctual
