CORY is hiring a highly organized execution-focused Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio.

About Our Client:

Our client is a vertically integrated real estate operating company with a strong national presence and a reputation for operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

Overseeing entire operations for 10 assets.
Mentor and foster a strong relationship with teams.
Lead initiatives to maximize NOI.
Oversee annual operating budgets.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

5 years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management.
Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
Hands-on self-directed accountable professional with strong follow-through.
CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred.
A history of high performance portfolio growth and team development.

Perks and Benefits Youll Receive:

Base salary up to $125000 plus bonus based on experience.
