Position Overview: AMD is seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Sales to lead the commercialization of its cutting-edge dental products across domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will manage and expand sale team strategically to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CEO and lead the sales teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and profit goals.
- Working with marketing team closely to create contents to drive sales.
- Build expand and optimize the sales teams within budgetary guidelines to grow sales across multiple channels including direct sales special market and distributions (domestic and international).
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly budgets ensuring successful execution to achieve financial targets.
- Create and implement effective strategies for direct sales special markets distribution partnerships and international market expansion.
- Managing day to day sales activities and setup daily sales and activity metrics to measure performance of each sales channel in real time.
- Expertise in sales enablement ensuring that all teams have the necessary tools education and coaching to be successful on all fronts
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in leadership in sale team management and development within the dental industry.
- Strong sales background with experience in direct sales distribution Dental Service Organizations (DSO) educational institutions and government agencies within the U.S. market.
- International sales experience is required with a strong understanding of various international markets and cultures.
- Ability to adapt to and thrive within a technology-driven manufacturing-focused environment.
- Experience building teams developing strategies that evolve as needs change and delivering resources to sales teams.
- Track record of utilizing data for analytics and decision making implementing CRM changes and improving CRM engagement and holding team accountable to all metrics.
- Consistent ability to deliver results on time and on target.
Location: This position is based in West Jordan (Salt Lake City area) Utah.
Compensation and Benefits: Compensation consists of a competitive base salary plus quarterly and annual performance bonuses based on profit.
