Overview: Join Bureau Veritas a global leader in testing inspection and certification services.
Responsibilities:
- Receives samples and register the samples and their tests though the LIMS (Labware) in a timely manner
- Ensures that samples submitted by the customer are within the required quantity packaging prescribed holding time and temperature to maintain sample integrity
- Accomplish applicable fields on the sample submission form
- Attach labels to samples and timely endorse samples to the Laboratory
- Process sending out samples subcontracted to local and other MNAQ Laboratories.
- Engage in customers inquiries/follow ups/complaints received through walk -in call text or email.
- Ensure the confidentiality agreement form is signed by external parties upon entry to Laboratory premises.
- Maintain and keep routine records
- Amendment of COA with changes in client and sample details only (non-technical amendments)
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and or General Manager.
