TO: All Teaching and Administrative Personnel Brockton Public SchoolsFROM: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: COMMUNITY SCHOOLS SUMMER 2026 - PROGRAM SUPERVISORSTeachers are needed to supervise the programs listed below. Positions are contingent upon funding and adequate student programs are as follows:1. Act One Scene 12. Engineering Is EverywhereSupervisors will be responsible for collecting attendance for program scheduling for submitting payroll and other tasks. Ten (10) hours of program prep/comp will be :1. A minimum of 5 years of teaching/work experience in the BPS system2. Prior program supervisory experience strongly preferred3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills4. Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel as well as a comfort level using online software and surveyand survey tools5. Ability to successfully collaborate with school leadership parents and community partners6. Willingness to be responsible for the development implementation supervision and evaluation of an OST program7. Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask8. Training and experience in project-based learning strongly preferred9. Must commit to work the entire program and attend trainingDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assist in the recruitment of students and staff meeting/ data for program evaluation and other information as required by the MA program program supply needs maintain a supply inventory and return non-consumables at the end of the duties as directed by the Director of Community Schools and the program coordinatorThe supervisor positions begin 30 minutes before the start of the program and end 30 minutes after the program Information: Dr. Soraya De Barros-Monteiro - Director20 Union St. Brockton MA 02301
