TheRole

The Senior Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs by overseeing operational execution aligning delivery with strategic business unit objectives and optimizing financial performance. Owns a revenue collection target shared with the business unit head. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of bridging strategic oversight with hands-on performance tracking fostering client relationships and driving the business units strategy executions. The Senior Delivery Manager is instrumental in delivering value to clients by maintaining committed project deliveries ensuring profitability and collaborating with cross functional teams for continuous improvement.

Your Team

• Reports directly to the Business Unit Head
• Work directly with the governance teams and project delivery teams for successful project executions
• Coordinate with Resource Management for resource allocation and fulfillment
• Work directly with the Technical Governance team for project execution improvements and coordinateindirectly with the Sales and Pre-Sales team to provide guidance to the delivery approach to increase the probability of winning the opportunity

• Alignsprojectandprogramobjectiveswithoverallbusinessstrategyandclientoutcomes.
• Partnerswithexecutiveleadershipandgovernanceteamstoidentifygrowthandinnovationopportunities.
• Ensuresoptimalresourceallocationandfinancialperformanceatthebusinessunitlevel.

DeliveryManagement

• OverseesplanningexecutionanddeliveryofmultipleconcurrentprojectsusingAgileScrumorWaterfallmethods.
• Coordinatescross-functionalteamstoachievemilestonesandresolvedependenciesorrisks.
• Actsasanescalationpointforcriticaldeliverychallengesacrosstheorganization.

PerformanceManagement

• DefinesandtrackskeyKPIssuchasprofitabilitydeliveryefficiencydefectratesandclientsatisfaction.
• Usesdata-drivenanalysistoidentifyinefficienciesandimprovementareas.
• Preparesandpresentsregularperformancereportsandinsightstoexecutivesandclients.

FinancialPerformance

• Monitorsbudgetsforecastscostsandmanagesprojectprofitabilityandrevenuerecognition.
• PartnerswithfinanceandPMOteamstoensurebudgetaccuracyandfinancialtargetsaremet.
• Identifiesandmitigatesfinancialrisksorinefficienciesacrossaccounts.

ContinuousImprovement

• Leadsroot-causeanalysestoaddressdeliverychallengesandimplementcorrectiveactions.
• Introducesframeworksandtoolsthatenhancedeliveryqualityproductivityandoperationalefficiency.

• Collaborateswithaccountmanagerstomanageclientexpectationsontimelinesanddeliverables.

About You

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years in project/program management delivery management or a similar role.
• Provenexperienceinmanaginglarge-scaleprojectsorprogramswithafocusondeliveryexcellenceandfinancialperformance.
• Strongunderstandingofprojectandprogrammanagementmethodologies(AgileScrumKanbanWaterfalletc.).
• Exceptionalanalyticalskillswithadata-drivenmindsetforidentifyingtrendsrisksandopportunities.
• Proficiencyinfinancialmanagementincludingbudgetingforecastingandprofitabilityanalysis.
• Excellentcommunicationleadershipandstakeholdermanagementskills.
• Strategicthinkingwiththeabilitytobalancelong-termobjectiveswithshort-termpriorities.

Certifications(Preferred)

• ProjectManagementProfessional(PMP)
• CertifiedScrumMaster(CSM)orAgileCertifiedPractitioner(PMI-ACP)
