You are looking for a new challenge in an exciting international environment and want to drive IT solutions that support our core business processes Then you are a perfect fit for our department.
Our main responsibilities include organizing our global IT project demands managing program project and product teams and developing and owning global IT processes standards and addition we provide services for process automation.

- Overall responsibility for planning steering and executing complex IT projects in a global cross functional environment.
- Leadership of strategically relevant transformation and digitalization initiatives across various IT project domains.
- Responsibility for the design implementation and integration of modern IT solutions along key end to end business processes.
- Ensuring project success regarding time quality budget and scope.
- Coordination of IT units business departments and international external partners throughout all project phases from solution design to hypercare.
- Steering of technical design as well as responsibility for implementations rollouts and change and communication processes.
- Leadership of international interdisciplinary project teams and professional stakeholder management across all leadership levels.
- Driving IT innovation automation process optimization and digital end to end integration.
- Active contribution to the further development of our project management standards and assumption of coaching and mentoring responsibilities.
- You have a university degree in Business Informatics Computer Science Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- You bring 68 years of experience managing complex international IT projects.
- Certifications such as PMP (PMI) or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
- You have experience working with hybrid project management methodologies as well as in transformation integration or implementation projects with high technical process and organizational complexity.
- You have solid experience collaborating with system integrators and implementation partners and are confident in steering architecture design and rollout phases.
- You possess a strong understanding of modern IT architectures interface landscapes and technology stacks.
- You are proficient in using modern AI based project management tools.
- You communicate effectively manage stakeholders with confidence and present yourself professionally at management level.
- You have experience leading and developing international interdisciplinary project teams.
- You work independently make sound decisions and act as a reliable sparring partner for leaders and key stakeholders.
- You have business fluent English skills (written and spoken); German skills are an advantage.
