HUGO BOSS is seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter & AI Prompt Engineer (m/f/d) to join the Global Corporate Communications department at our headquarters in this role you will not only craft high quality internal and external stakeholder communications in English but also spearhead the integration of generative AI into our editorial workflows developing and refining AI agents that elevate the speed consistency and creativity of our corporate content. Working closely with the wider Global Corporate Communications team you will help shape a future ready distinctive and coherent HUGO BOSS tone of voice across a wide range of channels and formats.
- Lead the implementation and continuous advancement of AI powered workflows ensuring all content meets the linguistic stylistic and qualitative standards of HUGO BOSS in close collaboration with the wider team and our IT department.
- Develop train and optimize AI agents that support text creation editing and quality assurance elevating speed consistency and scalability across all corporate channels.
- Write consistent compelling and high quality texts for all corporate channels and media yourself with a strong focus on board communication including social media.
- Translate strategic insights into clear impactful narratives for global audiences maintaining and evolving the HUGO BOSS Tone of Voice as new AI enabled opportunities emerge.
- Strengthen cross functional relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure timely accurate and brand aligned copy for each touchpoint.
- Lead the continuous development and training of corporate tone of voice guidelines ensuring they remain competitive relevant and optimized for AI supported workflows.
- 810 years of professional experience as a copywriter ideally within a premium or international brand environment demonstrating strong conceptual and editorial capabilities.
- Proven experience using AI tools to enhance ideation writing quality efficiency or editorial workflows with a strong willingness to further shape and advance AI driven content creation.
- Hands-on experience in developing AI agents that support text creation editing quality assurance or other editorial workflows with the ability to build refine and operationalize AIdriven tools in a communication environment.
- Exceptional command of the English language with superb grammar spelling and an instinct for clarity tone and nuance. German language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
- Experience in social copywriting ideally including executive or leadership communications.
- A structured resilient and proactive mindset to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative hands-on and solution oriented work style with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and levels.
