We are a supportive and forwardleaning team passionate about our customers and focused on Telias largest B2B clients including the Public Sector. We help them accelerate their digitalization through our services in connectivity and communication.
Whatyoulldo:
AsHead ofSalesKey AccountsMid you will lead the sales team working with our customers in Mid Sweden. Your mission is to drive sustainable revenue growth through both new business and expansion of existing B2B customers (250 employees) while contributing to a simpler and more effective sales organization.
- Lead and develop a highperforming Key Account team creating clarity of goals strong execution and a culture of accountability and customer obsession.
- Drive revenue growth across the region through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing B2B customers with 250 employees.
- Set the commercial direction for the region managingpipeline forecasting and performance todeliver onambitious growth and profitability targets.
- Support your team in strategic deal shaping negotiation contract optimization and longterm value creation.
- Build and nurture seniorlevel relationships with key customers and partners acrossMidSweden.
- Drive the change agenda to simplify the sales organization improve ways of working and remove barriers to execution.
- Collaborate with Specialist Sales PreSalesand where applicable Customer Successand Delivery to ensure operational excellence and seamless customer experience.
- Represent the region in thesalesleadershipteam contributing to Telias commercial strategy and overall sales transformation.
