Job Summary

Were looking for a Senior Sales Controller to join us at Telia.

Im Anders Selin Head of Operations Management at Telia B2B Sweden and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales this team we drive the change agenda into practice which means implementing new working methods/models and methods and developing the processes for bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop our sales skills through training and coaching of our employees and leaders across the B2B organization.

What youll do:

In the role as Senior Sales Developer you will develop and own the overall B2B KPI framework including New Sales targets churn KPIs pipeline quality productivity metrics. You will also define calculation models/methodology for how KPIs should be calculated and close collaboration with the performance management team you will consult about sales performance and bring insights into conducting relevant action plans.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize sales bonus models and incentive structures. Ensure that models drive the right behavior and are aligned with our business targets.
  • Conduct impact analysis of how changes in goals KPIs or channel allocation affect incentives costs and behaviors.
  • Consult and cooperate closely with the performance Management team around sales performance analysis of sales performance recommendations on goals incentives and channel management
  • Develop models for strategic management including ABC calculations and cost allocation in collaboration with Business Management

What will help you thrive in this role:

To be successful in this role we believe you have proven experience in goal modeling KPI design bonus and incentive models churn analysis Sales forecasting and sales performance management. You also have strong knowledge of Data analysis churn models sales incentive models as well as the ability to manage complex projects or deliver measurable outcomes

Key experience:

  • Experience from working with goal modeling forecasting and sales performance in large B2B organizations
  • Experience from working closely with sales managers and in advanced sales follow-up
  • Structured analytical and goal
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
