YOUR IMPACT
The GALE Development Program is a one-year hands-on program that will set you upon the path of a career in culture-forward social-first storytelling. Candidates will gain hands-on learning in a multidisciplinary environment on how a creative team goes from ideation to execution and how we communicate and collaborate with internal team members to deliver exceptional work. This knowledge will set you upon a path to ideate plan deploy and deliver assets from always on content to social-first digital campaigns. We are looking for a creative person design thinker and problem solver who will work in a multidisciplinary environment to develop work that is distinctive and effective combining visual panache with a taste for emerging technology.
This program will start on June 2nd 2026.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
- The one year program is split into two phases: the learning phase and the mentorship phase.
- During the learning phase you will focus on learning the fundamentals of creative concepting the importance of deck building design execution and moving at the speed of culture. The learning phase culminates with a capstone project which will test your skills and knowledge and highlight your areas of strength and improvement.
- Upon completion of the learning phase you will be paired with a mentor and work on client work for the remainder of the year to hone your skills in ideation and design.
- At the end of the Development Program there may be an opportunity to pursue a role in your chosen domain based on performance and business needs.

- Understanding of design fundamentals including: typography illustration and animation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- First 3 months - Learning
- Learn the principles and basics of how to design in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides.
- Observe internal creative briefs and brainstorms and shadow creative team members on how to refine develop and execute an idea
- Participate in inspiration meetings and shareouts
- Learn and understand how the story team collaborates with internal team members on deliverables and addressing feedback
- Demonstrate your ability to collaborate use existing resources and integrate what youve learned in a Capstone Project.
- Final 9 months - Mentorship
- Work with your mentor and collaborate with the creative team to carry out dynamic client projects.
- Build on your knowledge and skills across design creative and story.
- Support the creative team on relevant work streams from design tasks to contributing ideas.
- Monitor and flag social trends and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into client work.
- Learn new technologies and platforms incorporating them to serve our clients needs.
- Manage competing priorities deliverables and timelines to exceed client expectations.
- Create content in the style and voice of the clients
