Digital Workplace at DeLaval

The mission of Digital Workplace at DeLaval is todevelop andgovern the End User Services while ensuring their delivery and usage. By that we contribute to DeLaval competitiveness by delivering standardized and fit for purpose infrastructure services maintaining a balance between time to market costqualityand security.

We put a lot of effort intoofferingmodern and easy to useIT servicesand strive to be on the forefront.A few examples are a fully cloud managed client platform (Intune)Windows 365Azure Virtual DesktopTeams Telephony Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)cloud print and storage. We have moved away from legacyplatforms such as SCCM and Citrix.

As majority ofthese servicesare delivered by external partners the mission is focused at governing and controlling the partners. DeLaval is in the position to transform their end user productivity tool to enable modern way of working with collaboration and mobility to work close to our customers at our manufacturing facilities and/or from any location our colleagues prefer working from.

In this role you will be reporting to the End User Experience are strengthening ourpresenceby adding a second Onsite Support will be working in a close collaboration with the Digital Workplace Team and be responsible for all the Onsite Support activities in your site and area. Your main goal is to deliver the best onsite support possibleand we as team are working together to deliver a great end user experience to our DeLaval users.

Here are the highlights of what you will be working on in this exciting role:
Site IT Coordination:

• To support the other assigned locations remotely by working with Site IT Coordinators

• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges

• Manage technical difficulties working withvendorswhen necessary

• Act as the local IT liaison for central IT

Digital Workplaceinbothwhite-collarandblue-collarenvironments:

• Endusertraining and onboarding for new employees and new technology

• Bepart of and drivevarious projectswithincentral IT

• Clientsupport based on tickets received from the Service desk

• Repair computers in easy cases or handles the process of repair or initial diagnostic

• Support diagnostics and installation of OS and applications

• Support Teams telephony&Microsoft TeamsRooms(MTR)

• Support printer installations

• Use performance monitoring tools to enhance end user experience

Cybersecurity:

• Work withenduserawareness for cybersecurity related topics.

ManagementofITAssets

• PCs IT peripherals Microsoft Teams Telephony as well as Teams Rooms equipment

• Operational Technology(OT)

Network / Local server support/Printer

• Coordinate network/server equipment with thevendors

• Troubleshooting support (lights on at a Network switch/router/access points; Local servers)

• Support Central IT and Network provider regarding inventory questions / audits

• Decommission and discard old Network/Server equipment properly

• Support printers in factory and warehouse environments such as label printers and scanners

RequiredQualifications that will set you up for success:

• Minimum 5 years of experience within IT area
• Education: University degree in Information Technologies or similar
• Microsoft 365 knowledge
• ServiceNow Knowledge
• Research analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting/supporting Windows 11/Mac OS mobile devices (Android & IOS)
• Networking skills such as LAN/WAN network configuration and troubleshooting as well as VPN client connectivity
• Good verbal/writing skills in both Polish and English
• An ability to cooperate and prioritize
• Driving license cat. B
