Job Summary

MOR PPM Inc. seeks a stores clerk assistant located in Aiken SC. It is a full-time benefitted position. The job entails inventory stocking cataloguing and distributing of materials and tools to be used in an industrial environment. Knowledge of computers and tools such as Word and Excel is necessary; familiarity with ordering programs like SAP is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inventory of parts and cataloging

  • Replying to emails on stores tasks

  • Helping associates check out materials through log

  • Replenishing items used throughout the day

Experience:

  • 1 year industrial plant experience or stores/inventory equivalent

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalency

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

  • Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically via DocuSign
  • May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
  • Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
  • Must have full range of motion consistent with age
  • Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
  • Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees alarms and other job-related noises
  • Visual acuity depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
  • Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
