Since our humble beginnings on the Sunshine Coast in 2006 Black Cat Civil has now grown over 200 employees 450 pieces of plant and over 1800 completed projects across sites in QLD the NT and beyond.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced MC Truck driver with at least 5 years float driving experience for an immediate start. This position will involve travel.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• MC Drivers Licence
• Long Haul Driving Experience
• At least 5 years float driving experience
• Experience in loading securing transporting and unloading plant and machinery up to 65 tonne
• Experience at operating with over width loads
• Be able to pass drug and alcohol screening and commercial drivers medical
• Supply high quality work while following and adhering to timelines
• Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures
• Be physically able to climb onto machines operate chains tie-downs and rope fasteners and change tyres.
• Have sufficient experience to be able to load and unload machines on/from low loaders.

The below qualifications would be highly regarded:

• Construction industry White card
• Forklift High Risk Licence
• RII for Plant Operating
