Job Summary

Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. The Director of IT Governance is responsible for maintaining a robust IT governance framework that ensures compliance with regulatory financial and operational standards. This role oversees IT budgeting audit readiness adherence to Military compliance requirements and leads a team of professionals to deliver governance excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Compliance
    • Enforce IT governance principles policies and methodologies to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with Military SAP standards ITAR AI EU Regulations & CMMC regulations and other applicable U.S. government requirements.
    • Maintain audit readiness for internal and external reviews including Law 262 and IT General Controls.
    • Responsible for SAP and HFA application security for North America.
  • Budget Management
    • Lead the planning and execution of IT operating and capital budgets.
    • Monitor financial performance and ensure transparency and accountability for IT expenditures.
  • People Management
    • Lead mentor and develop a team of IT governance professionals fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Define team objectives set performance goals and conduct regular meeting cadence with team members.
    • Promote collaboration across IT and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Risk & Performance Management
    • Implement performance management frameworks and metrics to measure IT application maintenance effectiveness using ServiceNow.
    • Oversee IT quality assurance programs as they relate to application change management and security controls.
  • Military SAP Compliance
    • Ensure SAP systems and related applications meet military compliance standards including data segregation and secure hosting requirements.
    • Collaborate with SAP teams to validate monthly compliance status and maintain documentation for audits.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a US person (US citizen or green card holder).

  • Bachelors degree inInformationTechnology Computer Science or relatedfield;.

  • 7 years of IT leadership experience with a focus on governance compliance andfinancial management.

  • Provenexpertisein SAP environments including Military SAP compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ITARLaw 262CMMC 2.0HIPAA HITRUST).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA).

  • ExperiencedwithIT audit processes and risk management frameworks.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizationalchange.
