As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Driver in Missoula MT you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and assist tenants and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication. You will work with a team that is agile reliable and innovative bringing integrity and a people-first culture to every shift.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants shoppers and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including common areas corridors parking lots and perimeter points with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including alarms disturbances and requests for assistance and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Control access and monitor activity by observing entry and exit points reporting suspicious or unusual behavior and supporting traffic and pedestrian flow during peak periods and/or special events.
• Complete routine reports and documentation such as patrol logs incident reports and shift activity summaries and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
