Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the operations of Tonight & Tomorrow Restaurant within our hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager enhance guest experiences by interacting with guests addressing guest needs and resolving issues or problems.
Be the liaison between the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager on staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experiences.
Orderingfront of house items and maintains inventory for Tonight & Tomorrow.
Take inventory of silverware glassware and linens for Tonight & Tomorrow on the first of each month.
Ensure Front of House staff is in compliance with their TABC and Food Handlers Certification.
Review OpenTable for reservations and discuss the floorplan with the Host staff.
Enter all booked private events into OpenTable and ensure accurate reservations information.
As well anything else that is assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask andoversee multiple outlets efficiently.
Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
