Job Summary

Job Title: Appian Lead Developer.

RPA orchestration UiPath blue prism hyperautomation. and low code mandatory

Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Appian BPM Suite including Appian Designer Appian SAIL interface and Appian Smart Services.
Strong understanding of enterprise system integration patterns and protocols.
Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism. Proficiency in Java JavaScript and SQL.

CDTs (Custom Data Types) & Data Stores
Appian Cloud / Community Edition
RPA orchestration UiPath blue prism hyperautomation.
Masters SAIL:
Can build complex high-performance interfaces that dont lag
Can identify which tasks should be handled by a human-in-the-loop (Appian) vs. what should be handed off to a bot.

Code Quality Mentorship:

The ability to conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across a distributed team.

Decision Making:

Knowing when to use a Low-Code approach versus when to pivot to a custom JavaScript or Java solution.
