About the role
With our ambitious growth strategy the Global Head of Talent plays a pivotal part in the need to attract develop and retain the right employees. This role leads the Centers of Excellence (COE) Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D). You will be end-to-end responsible for our current and future talent worldwide and will lead enterprise-wide organizational design initiatives.
What you will do
Define and operationalize an integrated global talent and org design strategy aligned with business goals and semiconductor workforce needs.
Redesign TA into a centralized global Shared Service Center (SSC) with standardized processes tools and service levels.
Deploy global solutions for high-volume manufacturing recruitment and niche semiconductor engineering roles.
Rebuild L&D into a unified global function with scalable content platforms and academies.
Create critical capability programs for semiconductor operations engineering digital skills automation and leadership.
Serve as the companys global subject matter expert for organizational design.
Lead org assessments workforce sizing span-of-control analysis and structural redesigns.
Build global frameworks for job architecture career paths levels and capabilities.
Foster a talent culture of learning mobility and high performance.
Build leadership capability at all levels through structured experiences coaching and assessments.
What you will need
The ideal candidate has12 years of HR experience with strong capabilities in Talent Management Talent Acquisition and Organizational Design.
Furthermore you have:
Proven leadership of global teams across APAC and EMEA.
Experience in semiconductor high-tech manufacturing or engineering-intensive industries.
Demonstrated success transforming HR operating models including Shared Services.
Expertise in organization design methodologies (operating models org diagnostics job architecture workforce structure).
Strong business acumen in manufacturing and engineering environments.
Masters degree in HR OD Business or related field.
